Convenient location, and a good quality hotel ok for one night when travelling. Staff were helpful where needed. The room was very quiet and although relatively small, was functional, with a decent bathroom and - a welcome rarity on the continent - a kettle to boil water and make brews! Not far from a supermarket for things like milk, if needed.

Very clean, exceptionally function, comfortable with really helpful and pleasant staff. Lots of parking in a relatively quite part of town. All for a very reasonable price.

the hotel exceeded our expectations, very clean, tastefully decorated and well appointed bedroom with very comfy bed, breakfast was usual continental buffet style but quality of food was excellent and plentiful. the guy on receptions was very pleasant, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Staff attention to details was good and the cleaning was impeccable. As a woman travelling alone, it felt very safe. The location was easy to access by car and the car park felt safe as well. However, it is not a very pretty area as it is a commercial/industrial zone with mainly daytime activity. The location has nothing to do with the quality of service of the hotel though.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. Quick and easy to find from the motorway. The receptionist was marvellous. I had a slow puncture and she rang a local garage for me and arranged for it to be repaired first thing the next morning - great service. Thank you

A comfortable place to stay the night during a trip, very friendly man at reception who was very helpful throughout the stay. Location is good, close to Nancy and not far from the main roads.

The Hotel is very close to the main road, so great as a stopover. However it is in a a retail park, so there is nothing picturesque about it. Surprisingly though there are plenty of places to eat near by. These range from very ordinary burger and chips eateries to so good restaurants. These get booked up so it is worth planning in advance if you want to eat in the better places. The hotel also has a restaurant. It was dog friendly.

Very clean, newer interior. Triple room was perfect for a 1 night stay. Loads of food/shop options in the direct area

Convenient location near the motorway. Staff was friendly. Parking easy. It was just as expected & pleasant enough for us to book another Kyriad Hotel.
